6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.
International Orders: Prices displayed do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may be assessed by your destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. Payment information is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment partner (PayPal).
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China via Yanwen Express, a trusted international e-commerce logistics carrier with proven reliability and end-to-end tracking. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Shipping carrier disruptions or errors
- Natural disasters, severe weather, or force majeure events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
8. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All included accessories must be returned
- Item must include the original order number or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
- Tools that have been used (inserted into a lock, even once)
- Items with broken or removed packaging seals
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such at the time of purchase)
- Tools with a bent, broken, or visibly damaged picking tip
Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. No restocking fee if the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product — in such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no cost.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective upon arrival).
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@lockpicked.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Anti-Counterfeiting Statement

11. Limitation of Liability
