We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China — the world’s largest small-commodity logistics hub — via Yanwen Express, a trusted international e-commerce logistics carrier with proven reliability and end-to-end tracking.
We currently serve locksmiths and customers across the following regions:

Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimated transit times from our warehouse in Yiwu, China, to your doorstep. These are business-day estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays in either origin or destination countries.
Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier transit delays, peak season volume, or other factors beyond our control. We recommend ordering early for holidays or busy seasons.

Transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed. During peak seasons (e.g., Chinese New Year, Black Friday, Christmas), delays of 3–5 additional business days may occur.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery country and region
- The weight and dimensions of your order
- The number of items in your cart
You will see the exact shipping fee before completing payment—no surprise charges at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed
- You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse
- If we need to contact you about your order, we’ll reach out via email
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes full tracking. Once shipped, you can monitor your package’s journey using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking updates are provided by our carrier, Yanwen Express
- You can also track directly via the Yanwen Express tracking portal
- International tracking may show gaps between carrier handoffs — this is normal and doesn’t mean your package is lost
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 or more business days, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, please be aware of the following:
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility
- These charges vary by country and are set by your local customs authority
- We cannot predict or pre-pay these fees on your behalf
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order
- Some countries may require additional documentation upon delivery
We declare all shipments accurately and honestly. Falsifying customs declarations is illegal and we will not do so.
Address & Delivery Issues
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Packages returned to sender due to address errors
- Re-delivery fees for returned packages (these are charged to the customer)
- Delays caused by customs clearance or inspections
- Delays caused by carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or force majeure events
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.
Frequently Asked Shipping Questions
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We do not ship to PO boxes. All orders must be delivered to a verifiable street address, residential or commercial. Our shipping partners require physical addresses for international customs documentation and delivery confirmation.
If you don’t have a street address, consider shipping to a nearby friend, family member, or freight forwarding service with a real address. We’re happy to help you find a solution — just contact us before placing your order.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently we ship via Yanwen Express international economy service, which offers the best balance of speed and cost for our customers. Contact us if you need expedited options.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We may be able to update your address if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible.
My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. Tracking can sometimes show as delivered before the package physically arrives. If you still can’t find it after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Free Shipping — Economy untracked delivery at no cost. Delivery times are longer and no tracking is available.
- Tracked Shipping via Yanwen Express — Economy service with full tracking. A small fee is charged based on your package weight and destination country.
All available shipping methods with exact pricing are shown on the Order Summary page at checkout, before you complete payment. No surprises.
We also run occasional free shipping promotions and exclusive discount codes. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to catch the next deal.
My package was held at customs. What happens now?
Customs holds are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide accurate declarations for all shipments. If your package is held, contact your local customs office for next steps. In some cases, you may need to provide additional documentation or pay outstanding fees before release.

We ship worldwide via Yanwen Express to over 200 countries. If your country is not listed or you’re unsure, contact us with your location and we’ll confirm shipping availability.
